Welcome! I’m Stephanie,
and I know what it feels like to juggle motherhood, personal goals, and everything in between—feeling like there’s never enough time, energy, or clarity to get it all done. You’re overwhelmed, and no matter how hard you try, procrastination keeps getting in the way of the life you truly want.
I’ve been there. In the same year, I published a book, became a certified life coach, got divorced, and quit drinking alcohol completely—all while raising two young boys who were just 3 and 6 at the time, and just before entering a global pandemic. That was also the year I founded my private coaching practice, which I’ve successfully run ever since. I know firsthand how to navigate big life changes while managing the demands of motherhood and building a life that feels aligned and meaningful.
Outside of coaching, I find joy in running (I’ve trained for and completed several half marathons), singing with my local choir, and performing with a band. When I’m not outdoors running, you can usually find me savoring a decaf mocha at my favorite coffee shop.
